Three men and three boys have appeared in court on charges relating to alleged child sexual exploitation in Crawley following their arrest last Thursday.

The charges included sexual activity with a child, rape, actual bodily harm, sexual assault and the supply of illegal drugs.

The case was committed to Lewes Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on Monday 20 April and the defendants were all bailed.
