A shop worker was injured as he struggled with two men trying to steal a crate of beer from a Horsham off licence.

The men entered The Bottle Shop in Crawley Road around 8pm on Friday, May 22, and when challenged punched the 33-year-old victim and hit him on the head.

They then ran from the shop and down Littlehaven Road.

Police are looking for 2 men, both white and skinny with short hair and in their mid 20s.

A third man, a 28-year-old from Horsham, was later arrested on suspicion of robbery and bailed until July 10.
