People in Crawley are being urged to have their blood pressure checked.

‘Know Your Numbers!’ is a campaign by Blood Pressure UK to highlight the fact that during the time it takes to boil a kettle, a blood pressure reading could be taken which in turn could save lives.

2015 is the 14th consecutive year of this week-long campaign.

Over 1,000 Pressure Stations will be open across the country offering free checks during the campaign.

People in Crawley can visit Crawley Wellbeing in Langley Green Community Centre or Civic Hall in The Boulevard, on Tuesday 15th September.
