A ’Shopwatch’ scheme is returning to Horsham.

Over 200 local shops have signed up to the relaunched project which has been designed by Horsham District Council and the local Community Safety Partnership.

‘Shopwatch’ has a secure website which includes pictures of current known offenders. Members can then decide whether to ban those people from their store or just be aware they have previously offended.

A ‘Pubwatch’ is also operational and a radio scheme is also running within the town so that members can pass on warnings of any suspicious activities.
