A teenager has been arrested following a stabbing in Crawley.

The incident occurred around 11.30 Friday night (31 October) on Ifield Avenue near the ambulance station.

The victim, an 18 year-old man, was approached by someone known to him. He then sustained a minor stab wound to his back which required treatment a East Surrey Hospital.

A 17 year-old boy from Crawley was arrested on suspicion of GBH.
