Three men have been charged after a man was assaulted at Tilgate Park in Crawley. On 8th December, a 43 year old man from Crawley was found lying in a stream by the car park.
The man had been assaulted and suffered a number of injuries including a broken leg and fractures to both eye sockets.
The three men, two from Crawley and one of no fixed address, have all been charged with GBH and kidnap.
They appeared at Crawley Magistrates’ Court last month and have been remanded to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday (15th January).
A 23 year old man from London remains on bail until 29th March.
