A farmer from Salfords has started to demolish his mock castle house.

Robert Fidler built his home on greenbelt land and hid it behind straw bales for four years.

In November he was ordered to knock it down by June or face three months in jail.

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council said it was monitoring the situation.
