Supermarket shoppers in Crawley are being urged not to take shopping trolleys away with them after Council Wardens found 32 abandoned trolleys in one weekend.

Abandoned trolleys are reported to Trolleywise, collection service for Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys.

Taking trolleys away often means they end up somewhere in Crawley looking an eyesore and sometimes posing a danger to younger children.

If you see abandoned trolleys anywhere in Crawley you’re urged to contact Trolleywise and they will remove them within a few days.
