Thousands of pounds worth of equipment has been stolen from a locksmith’s van in Caterham.

Offenders escaped with key programming and cutting equipment after cutting a hole in the roof of the vehicle in Francis Road.

The incident happened overnight between Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th April.

Anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the vicinity, at or leading up to the time of the theft, is urged to call Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference 45160020708.
