West Sussex County Council flew the rainbow flag yesterday to show support for the International Day against homophobia, biphobia and Transphobia.
The Flags which flew outside the council buildings demonstrated the Council’s support for LGBT communities, while serving as a signs of the Council’s dedication to getting rid of all forms of discrimination.
The worldwide event was launched in 2005 to stop discrimination, harassment and bullying.
The County Council has flown the rainbow flag on this day for the last five years.
