West Sussex’s Community Initiative Fund (CIF) has marked a decade of supporting local organisations on the night before the start of Small Charity Week, running from 13-18 June.

In the last 10 years, the County Council’s CIF has awarded more than £3.2 million to approximately 2,000 community groups, small charities and organisations.

Established in 2010 by the Foundation for Social Improvement, Small Charity Week’s aim is to raise the profile of small charities including highlighting their work to a broad audience.
