A Surrey County Council service providing education for adults, including those with disabilities and learning difficulties, is performing well, according to Ofsted.

The authority’s adult learning service was judged to be ‘good’ following an inspection last month.

Ofsted said “learners make good progress on all courses”, praised staff who “go out of their way” to provide the support needed and highlighted strong management and leadership.
