This year’s Armed Forces Day event will place on Saturday 25 June in Memorial Gardens in Crawley.
Armed Forces Day helps raise awareness of the contribution made to our country by those who serve and have served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.
It also gives the nation an opportunity to show support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces, from currently serving troops to service families and from veterans to cadets.
Between 10am and 1pm there will be displays from armed forces personnel along with entertainment including live music from local singer Eve Lily Ozmen, Pound Hill Junior School Choir and Crawley Millennium Concert Band. There will also be arts and crafts workshop and soldier for the day activities.
