Surrey Police is investigating the circumstances of a fire at a derelict building in Horley on Tuesday afternoon. The Surrey Fire and Rescue Service was called to the property in Langshott following a report that the building was on fire. Fire officers believe the fire was started deliberately after finding a lighter inside the property.
