Crawley Cycle Forum’s annual family bike ride saw its best ever turn out last Sunday (26th June).
63 riders of all ages assembled at Oriel High School before setting off at 11.00am.
They followed the Crawley Cycle Network on traffic free roads through Maidenbower following the track-bed of the old railway as it gradually climbs through Crawley Down to East Grinstead.
After a break watching the steam trains of the Bluebell Railway, everyone felt the benefit of the hard work in the morning with a downhill ride back to Oriel school, having completed just over 14 miles cycling,
