A fatal collision took place in Ray Lane in Lingfield yesterday afternoon.  The incident involved two vehicles; an HGV and a Vauxhall Corsa.  An elderly woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.  

Road closures were in place while emergency services were in attendance.
