An investigation in underway following a serious assault in Horley over the weekend.

The victim, an 18 year-old man, was taken to hospital with injuries to his head and arm.  They are not believed to be life threatening.

Police were called to the incident in Church Road near the cemetery Saturday afternoon shortly before 1 o’clock.

Officers are looking for two suspects.  Both are described as being white men with blonde hair and approximately 20-years-old.  One man is described as having a large build.

It is believed this is an isolated incident.
