Sussex Police is investigating claims of sexual abuse at football clubs in the county.

None relate to the area’s top clubs – Brighton and Hove Albion and Crawley Town.

Six separate claims of historic offences have been made and are now being investigated.  Around half of Police forces across the UK are looking into historic allegations which are believed to impact 100 clubs.
