Reigate and Banstead Borough Council is encouraging visitors to pay for their parking using a new app.
The RingGo app is a free cashless parking service designed to save motorists time when paying for their parking. Councillor James Durrant, Portfolio Holder for Enforcement, said the Council wants to make hunting around for coins and trekking across car parks to pay at ticket machines, a thing of the past. The app also allows motorists to extend their parking session without having to return to their car.
The Council is inviting visitors to download the RingGo app by 20th March to have a chance of winning a month’s season ticket at any Council car park in the borough, worth £110.
