A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries following a collision with a car in Betchworth.

It happened around 10:30 on Tuesday night on Pebble Hill Road.

The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the accident and the rider was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting.
