Sussex and Surrey Healthcare NHS Trust is urging the public to think twice before visiting A and E during the coming bank holiday weekend.

If you don’t have a life threatening injury or illness, you should make an appointment with your GP or if closed call NHS Direct on 111.

You can also visit your local walk in centres where minor illnesses and injuries such as cuts, burns, sprains and suspected breaks can be dealt with.
