A man from Godstone has appeared in court following an attempted robbery at a bank in Redhill on Monday (5th June).

35-year-old Simon Considine is charged with the crime along with threatening a person with a blade at Barclays Bank on Station Road.

He’ll face Guildford Crown Court next month by videolink.
