250 homes, around 100 of which will be affordable, are to built if Crawley’s redevelopment is approved.

It’ll see the current Town Hall and two-story car park demolished and replaced with a new one along with housing and offices.

If passed, it’ll be done in two, two-year phases, starting in spring 2018 and finishing in 2022.
