Talks aimed at resolving the long-running dispute over driver-only trains on Southern have ‘stalled’ with no agreement says the RMT.
The union’s General Secretary Mick Cash has now called for round-table discussions involving all parties, saying with a ‘fresh approach’ he has ‘no doubt’ a resolution can be found.
The plans to get both the RMT and ASLEF in negotiations with Govia Thames Link and the Department of Transport will now be taken to Minister Chris Grayling.
