Restaurant and pub owners are being warned about the potential rise in illegally-killed game in Sussex.

They are being asked to make sure they check documentation before buying from unknown sources.

As well as being cruel, Police say poachers with high powered weapons put the public at risk as well as the meat possibly being unsafe.
