The NHS Trust which covers Sussex and Surrey has failed waiting time targets for A&E and planned operations.
93.2% of people were seen within four hours in A&E, below the 95% target, while 86.1% waited less than 18 weeks for an operation, which is below the target of 92%.
However, the trust was above the 85% target of cancer patients receiving treatment within 62 days, with 87.5% getting medical care within the time frame.
The news comes as the NHS is expected to face even more pressure this winter.
