Around 300 new homes are to be built on the site of Reigate Garden Centre.

The business has been run by the Tiley family for 35 years, but declining sales and the council removing the surrounding land from the green belt has led to the decision to sell up.

They will be open until the end of October this year and owner Gary Tiley says he hopes they will be able to continue at another premises.
