Three men were arrested at a property in Horsham on Monday on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
Police executed a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at the property in Manor Fields after acting on community concerns and recent intelligence. Two men – a 19 year old from Crawley and a 20 year old from Horsham were questioned and later released under investigation.
A third man, 19 year old Nathan Young of Manor Fields in Horsham was charged with possessing a quantity of Class A crack cocaine with intent to supply. He was also charged with assaulting a police officer.
Young appeared before Crawley magistrates on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty. He was released on conditional bail to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 17th April.
