Residents of flats at Ketton Green in Merstham will be protected from anti social behaviour following a closure order of a local address.  

Surrey Police and Raven Housing Trust obtained the closure from Guildford Magistrates Court on Monday. The order prohibits anyone from entering the address for a minimum of three months. During this time the Housing Trust will apply for a Possession Order. This will permanently remove the issues caused by their tenant and visitors to the flat.  

Residents had to endure months of excessive noise, disturbances and abuse.
