A Reigate toy shop is urging parents to stop leaving their children there while they go shopping.

Matthew West, the owner Miwk, says he’s fine with children popping in to kill time – but says his business has often been used as a child-minding service.

He’s told the BBC he once had to call the Police because three children had been left for two hours – their mother was later tracked down in Croydon.

At other times staff have had to stay late waiting for parents to come back.
