A Police Community Support Officer working out of Gatwick has been shortlisted for an ‘Employee of the Year’ award for his dedication to diversity.
The Inclusive Companies Awards which take place later this year celebrate those who go above and beyond the call of duty to improve the lives of others in workplaces and communities around them.
Victor Finch, of the Gatwick Prevention Team, has been the driving force behind a number of campaigns and has worked his way up to secretary of the Sussex Police Disability and Carers Association.
The family man who has two children with varying forms of autism, ADHD and Tourette’s, was also heavily involved in Gatwick becoming the first autism-friendly airport in the UK.
The winners of the awards will be announced on November 15th.
