Man Stopped At Gatwick

A pensioner was allegedly stopped at Gatwick for wearing an anti-brexit badge which bore an expletive.

Eddie Brinsmead-Stockham was standing at immigration when an official told him to take it off.

He refused, and he was taken to a secure area and held there for up to ten minutes while his passport was confiscated.

The Home Office says that it’s investigating the incident, but Gatwick has declined to comment.
