Work to remove the gasholder structure in Oxted is complete.  

The building contractor has moved onto the site; work will begin on the earthworks and remediation in preparation to build over a hundred new apartments.  

The work forms part of Tandridge District Council’s regeneration plans for the area. Coast to Capital, the Local Enterprise Partnership, is supporting the programme with a £1,000,000 funding allocation.
