The Labour Parliamentary Candidate for Crawley has called for an end to the ‘Rail Rip Off’. 

Councillor Peter Lamb has commented following the Government’s announcement to increase ticket prices.  Councillor Lamb says he is frustrated at being asked to pay more every year for a service that keeps getting worse. 

The rise in ticket prices was announced yesterday and will come into effect in January. Fares will rise by up to 2.8% in line with the July Retail Prices Index.
