Seven men with links to the Red Devils and Hells Angels Motorcycle Clubs have been sentenced for an attack in Blindley Heath last year.
The attack happened last November in an outbuilding at the Forman Club and Institute in Blindley Heath where members of a rival motorcycle club were holding their weekly meeting. Thirteen individuals entered the outbuilding and attacked the people inside. The victims suffered serious stab wounds and blunt force injuries; one man needed bowel surgery.
Following an eight week trial in July the seven men were found guilty of their involvement and were sentenced on Thursday. Each of the men was sentenced to 14 years for six counts of grievous bodily harm with intent, with further sentences for lesser charges that will run concurrently.
Police are still looking for a further six individuals who were involved in the attack. The investigation will remain open.
