A 15 year old boy has been charged with an aggravated burglary in Crawley.

An elderly couple were assaulted in their own home in Fulham Close during the burglary at the end of January. 

The boy has been charged with aggravated burglary, wounding with intent, possession of cannabis and an unrelated charge of possession of a knife. He appeared before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Friday and was remanded into youth custody.  He will appear at Worthing Youth Court on Thursday.
