The figures released by Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex show that critical missions related to knife crime were at an all-time high.
Since 2013, the paramedics and doctors of the air ambulance charity have responded to over 400 critical knife crime related call outs.
Between June 2018 and June 2019, there were 75 knife related cases across the four counties. It was the worst year of knife crime related call outs in five years with a 32% increase since 2013.
