Do a jigsaw to help bereaved children in East Grinstead

Will you do a #JigsawforJigsaw and help us continue our vital work during the Covid-19 pandemic? That is the question being asked by an East Grinstead based children’s charity.

Jigsaw (South East) supports young people who are bereaved and those facing the imminent death of a loved one. With all of their fundraising plans and community support on hold, they are asking everyone to get involved in their #JigsawforJigsaw challenge to help spread the word of their COVID-19 urgent appeal.

Fundraising co-ordinator, Sophie Bewley said: “Like many charities, the loss of income from the sudden cancellation of all our fundraising events is hitting us hard.

“This is a particularly difficult time for the children who are grieving, or who will lose a loved one in the weeks and months ahead. We want to be able to support every family who needs us. We’re asking the public to complete a jigsaw, take a photo and share it on social media with our appeal link and hashtag #jigsawforjigsaw, to help us spread the word.

“If you can donate a pound or two when you share, you’ll help us to continue to deliver our services to as many children and young people as possible. The appeal address is:

Mrs Bewley added.
