There is to be a phased reopening of some of Surrey’s community recycling centres from next week.

The Earlswood recycling centre in Redhill will reopen next Monday.

It will be open every day including the weekend from 9am to 6pm.

For now, it will only accept black bagged rubbish or garden waste.
