Concerns over Crawley’s economy and job losses in the town due to the Coronavirus pandemic, have been addressed by the town’s MP. 

Both British Airways and Virgin Atlantic last week announced job losses and indicated they may not restart their operations at the airport. 

With aviation being one of Crawley’s main business sectors, Henry Smith MP updated Neil Munday about BA’s plans for its Gatwick operation.
