West Sussex County Council has decided to waive fees for the licensing of tables and chairs on pavements outside cafés and restaurants. 

Businesses in West Sussex will still need to apply for a licence so the Council can ensure the highway is kept safe. 

The fees will be waived until 1st April 2021.
