Horley Town Council is collecting unused laptops for local schools. 

Councillor Martin Saunders has appealed to businesses and local residents who may have old working laptops that they don’t need any more.  He is collecting them to give to local schools for families who can’t afford their own equipment for their children to study online. 

This comes as more children and young people are having to study from home during the coronavirus pandemic.
