An elderly woman who was assaulted on Warren Road in Reigate last week, has sadly died in hospital.  The victim has been named as 87 year old Rosemary Hill. 

A 45 year old man from Reigate was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.  He was detained under the Mental Health Act and remains in hospital. 

Police would like to hear from witnesses who were in the Warren Road area last Sunday 21st June between 4 and 7 pm.
