A Syrian refugee has made face coverings for workers at Mole Valley District Council.
Ahmed, a 39 year old, tailor from Damascus, fled Syria in 2012 and lived in Egypt while waiting for his application to be approved to move to the UK.
Mole Valley District Council helped him to find a home when he arrived in 2017, as a thank you, he made the masks for workers which include Surrey County Council Adult Social Care and Surrey Police
The colourful face coverings are made from donation and Ahmed has offered to make more.
