Almost 2,000 have signed a petition to remove pop-up cycle lanes around Crawley and West Sussex.

The seven temporary routes across the county have been installed to help support cycling as a form of transport post Covid-19.

Due to the emergency nature of the scheme it was done in three months without public consultation but the council says they’ll be closely monitored and then adjusted or removed depending on their use and impact.
