Four projects to help revitalise Horley town centre have been approved by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council. 

The ‘Delivering Change in Horley’ programme will deliver the inter-related projects which include public space improvements to the High Street and refurbishment of the subway. The works for these should be completed by the Summer of 2022.  The High Street car park will be redeveloped to provide new homes with commercial space for retail, leisure or business premises.  Pay on exit car parking will be introduced at the Victoria Road and Central car parks by April next year.
