A man from Leatherhead has been jailed for two years following a dangerous police pursuit earlier this year.

37-year-old Nicholas Hazell from Aperdele Road was arrested in Epsom following a pursuit where he reached speeds of 70mph in a 30mph zone, after his car had activated Police ANPR cameras.
Hazell was found guilty of multiple offences, including driving whilst disqualified and in possession of an offensive weapon. Sentencing took place at Guildford Crown Court following a three-day trial.
