The University of Surrey will lower entry grades for most courses for 2021.
It will drop entry requirements by one grade in one subject for most students applying next year. The move comes in recognition of the disruption to learning across two academic years due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The university says regulated courses will be exempt from the grade 30reduction, such as veterinary medicine, foundation year courses and audition-based performance courses.
It is the second institution to make the move within a week.
