A man from Crawley has been convicted of the murder of Nelly Myers.

A jury found 36 year-old, Jayesh Gobar guilty at Hove Crown Court on Monday.

Officers found Nelly dead in her Rotherfield home last December, after her sons’ raised the alarm that she had not replied to phone messages. 

Gobar was sentenced to life in prison yesterday
