Young people have been flaunting the Covid lockdown restrictions by gathering in large groups in local parks.

Reigate and Banstead police officers issued a warning after receiving calls during the weekend to report gatherings in parks and public places. Officers called on parents and guardians to reinforce the importance of the rules to their children.

Under current restrictions, you many not leave your house unless necessary and you may only exercise with members of your household or support bubble or with one other person, while maintaining a two-metre distance.
